If you are not satisfied with a book, DVD series, audio series, or CD-ROM you may request a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of your date of purchase. You must first attain a refund approval code by emailing us by filling out our contact form. Refunds are not given for Marriage Intensives, live events, or Adventure Retreats.
